The laboratory is sited in the new 7,800 m² complex of Mechanical Engineering Department of Politecnico di Milano in Campus Bovisa Sud, which has been operative since 2008.
In this new complex, are situated all the laboratories and sections of Mechanical Engineering Department that are integrated inside the same network, thus allowing a rapid and complete solution to different requirements.

Thanks to this synergy, SITEC has access to a series of advanced equipment and systems to carry out research at state of the art level in industrial laser manufacturing technologies.
